4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one ng999 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 Members must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must update their account details promptly whenever such details change. ng999 accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by a Member.
4.3 Corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts are not permitted to register accounts on ng999. The platform is available to natural persons only, subject to the eligibility criteria in Section 3.
4.4 ng999 reserves the right to refuse any registration application without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.
5.1 Members are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their ng999 login credentials, including their username, password, and any one-time verification codes issued to their registered mobile number or email address.
5.2 Members must not disclose their login credentials to any third party. ng999 will never contact a Member by any channel to request their password or one-time verification code. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ng999's support team immediately.
5.3 Members must notify ng999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or suspected compromise of their account. ng999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Member failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting their credentials.
5.4 ng999 reserves the right to lock or suspend an account where unusual activity, suspected fraudulent use, or multiple failed login attempts are detected, as a security protection measure.
6.1 Deposits. ng999 accepts deposits via the payment methods displayed on the platform at any given time, which may include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), and USDT cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are as stated on the deposit page within the Member's account.
6.2 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Members whose accounts are in good standing, have completed any applicable identity verification requirements, and whose balance is not subject to active wagering requirements. ng999 reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal request pending the outcome of account verification, fraud investigation, or AML review.

7.1 ng999 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms by reference.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
7.3 Abuse. ng999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee extraction of bonus value, using automated systems, or colluding with other accounts.
7.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. 8.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error in displayed odds, payouts, or game results, ng999 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Members' wallets. 11.2 ng999's total aggregate liability to any Member for direct losses arising in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, personal injury or death caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.4 ng999 is not responsible for the quality, availability, or accuracy of any third-party content, game software, or streaming infrastructure delivered by licensed game studio providers integrated within the platform. Any issues with individual game titles should be reported to ng999's support team, which will liaise with the relevant provider on the Member's behalf.
12.1 ng999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Members. The platform provides deposit limit, loss limit, session time, and self-exclusion tools accessible directly within every Member's account settings.
12.2 ng999 operates under international gaming authority standards and implements policies designed to detect and assist Members who may be experiencing problem gambling behaviours.

13.1 ng999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ng999 determines in its sole discretion that the Member has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
13.2 Members may close their ng999 account at any time by contacting the ng999 support team. Upon closure, any balance in the Member's wallet that is not subject to pending wagering requirements or investigation will be returned to the Member via the same payment method used for deposits.
13.3 Termination of an account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination, including ng999's right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation.
14.1 ng999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Members via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or through a prominent notice on the ng999 platform, not less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory requirement.
14.2 Continued use of ng999 following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Members who do not accept any amendment should close their account and withdraw their balance before the effective date of the change.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ng999's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any conflict between applicable local laws and these Terms, applicable local laws shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
15.2 In the event of any dispute arising between a Member and ng999 in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through direct communication via ng999's customer support channels.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being submitted, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction as applicable. Members who consider that their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also contact ng999's licensing authority through the procedures established by that authority.
15.4 Nothing in this Section limits a Member's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
